Alleluia! Christ is Risen! Do you want to know the most powerful sentence in the English language? I don't know. Jesus said, that when you get invited to a party, take the lowest place and let the host invite you to a better seat. He also said, the greatest is the one who serves. This is why the political obsession is such a disaster. Politics follow culture, not the other way around. But if you are in there serving people folks will ask you, "Why are you doing this?" Going low is powerful. When you admit you do not have all the answers, you will discover something amazing, often people will volunteer all kinds of skills, information, and favor to you. Positioning yourself as a life long learner is the position of humility. For many years, I tried to learn a new word every day. That annoyed people, so now I just try to learn something new every day. And when I meet someone who is doing good work, I always ask them "how did you do that?" And you know what? They always tell me. Really creative people are generous, and they are unafraid to tell you how they accomplish their craft. My curiosity opens the door. And because I am focused, these little nuggets become part of my larger mission to raise up an army of artists. God has blessed me with knowledge of a lot of things so that I can talk to others with intelligence. It's all from being curious, being a servant, and asking questions. You will learn something, you will get new friends, and you will grow. Try it. He Never Fails, Christ
I’m currently on a journey praying across Great Britain. It has been a wonderful adventure, meeting friends, praying, and seeing God provide every step of the way.
